Irene McGrath is a Wellness Specialist, Founder of Free Your Spirit. A space where you can heal and create the life you want, not just any life, a soulful, fulfilling life. Irene works with individuals of all ages from children as young as 3 to the elderly and souls ready to transition into the afterlife. She uses modalities of Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Breathwork and Visualisation in a powerful, safe and loving way. Her children’s book, recently published Seven Magic Rocks is a story for children referring to the rocks as the seven chakras in our body. It is a book to help children understand and shift their emotions through colour visualisation like the colours of the chakra system.
