For more than two decades, I have been devoted to understanding what helps people truly come home to themselves. My path into holistic health wasn't born from textbooks alone. It was shaped by lived experience. Having navigated my own journey through trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, unhealthy relationships, and rebuilding my life from the inside out, I discovered that genuine healing happens when people feel safe enough to reconnect with themselves. Those experiences became some of my greatest teachers and continue to deepen the way I support others today. After a successful career in accounting, I followed the calling to create Evolve Your Bliss, a sanctuary in Tweed Heads where people are invited to slow down, regulate their nervous system, reconnect with their body, and remember the wisdom that has always lived within them. Blending Kinesiology, Breathwork, Lomi Lomi Massage, Reiki, Sound & Vibrational Therapies, and immersive retreats, I intuitively tailor every experience to meet the person in front of me. My work is grounded in the belief that lasting transformation doesn't come from pushing harder. It comes from creating enough safety, capacity, and compassion for the body, mind, and spirit to work together. Beyond individual sessions, I am committed to creating spaces where people feel deeply seen, genuinely supported, and empowered to trust themselves again. Whether through retreats, workshops, or one-on-one experiences, my mission is to help people move beyond survival and into a life of greater presence, purpose, and fulfilment. Being nominated is an incredible honour. While awards are deeply appreciated, the greatest privilege is witnessing someone reconnect with their own strength, rediscover hope, and realise that healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering who they have always been.
