Emotional HealerHi I’m Laura 🤗 Like many people in this space, my introduction into healing work came through my own struggles with severe burnout, chronic stress and health challenges in my teens and early twenties while working as a hairdresser. That experience led me down a path of exploring holistic healing modalities including Reiki, naturopathy, nutrition, breathwork, sound healing, nervous system regulation + more. I didn’t originally choose this path because it felt inspiring or spiritual at the time, I chose it because I wasn’t getting better doing things the conventional way. Looking back now, I truly believe those early challenges guided me toward the work I was always meant to do. 🙏🏼 Today I’m a Reiki Master practitioner and teacher, sharing a grounded, nervous system-informed approach to Reiki and emotional healing. I feel incredibly honoured and grateful to be nominated for these awards 🤍☀️
